On this website you can learn about our restaurant, use our online services such as table reservations, and get in touch with us. Protecting your personal data matters to us. a) Visiting the Website

b) Contacting Us by Email or Phone

c) Table Reservations via Resmio
For online reservations we use the “Resmio” booking system provided by Resmio GmbH. When you book a table through our website, the information you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, party size, requested date and time) is transmitted directly to Resmio and processed there to enable your reservation. Resmio’s own privacy policy applies in addition to this one.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies to improve usability and enable certain features. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can restrict or disable cookies at any time in your browser settings; doing so may affect the functionality of the website.

6. Google Analytics

We do not currently use Google Analytics on our website. Should we introduce a web analytics service in the future, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and, where required, ask for your consent.

7. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Social Media Advertising

We do not currently use advertising or conversion-tracking cookies via Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or social networks. Should this change, we will inform you here and obtain your consent where legally required.

8. Links to Social Media

Our website may contain links to external social networks. If you follow such a link, a connection to that network’s servers is established, and data may be transmitted to that platform. The respective platform’s own privacy policy governs how your data is handled there. We have no influence over how social networks process your data.

9. Applicant Data

If you send us a job application, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, CV) solely to carry out the application process. If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your data no later than six months after the process concludes, unless a longer retention period has been agreed or is legally required.

We only disclose your data to third parties where necessary to provide our services (e.g. to Resmio for processing reservations) or where we are legally required to do so.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures are reviewed regularly and adapted to the state of the art.

We only store your personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Our website is hosted by a professional hosting provider that processes data on our behalf to ensure the technical operation and delivery of the website. This includes, among other things, the storage of IP addresses and server log files. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing our online services securely and efficiently.
